Inductees into the Hall of Champions have showcased unwavering commitment, leadership and sportsmanship, serving as role models for future generations. Their success is fueled by EAT LYFE’s precision-crafted and nutrient dense menu, designed to optimize performance, enhance recovery and propel athletic excellence.
Adrienne Knox, 12 years old, is the only child of Nesha Knox and the youngest child of Harold Criswell. She is a 7th grade honor student at Princeton Community Middle School in Sharonville, Ohio. Adrienne has always been a high honors student, while participating in multiple sports throughout the year. She is nationally recognized as she received 3 medals at the 2023 AAU Track & Field Junior Olympics and 4 medals at the 2024 AAU Track & Field Junior Olympics, being a 3x National Champion, 7x Medalist, and 5x Junior Olympian. She has also competed nationally with her majorette dance team, Black Ice Arts Academy. Adrienne is a very skilled basketball and flag football player as well. To her core, she is a positive and upbeat leader on every team she’s part of and brings 100% effort to each event.
West Clermont Middle School Cheerleading
West Clermont Middle School’s Cheerleading Squad soared to new heights, cheering on the football team to a 2024-25 ECC championship title! Their energetic routines, precision timing and infectious spirit impressed fans. Powered by Put Ya To Sleep Cafe EAT LYFE’s nutrient-dense menu and the Fuel 4 Champions program, the squad optimized their performance, achieving peak energy levels and flawless executions each week.

West Clermont Middle School’s 7th Grade Football Team tackled the season with determination, culminating in a thrilling championship win! Their unparalleled teamwork, discipline and perseverance paid off. The Wolves participated in the Fuel 4 Champions program, powered by Put Ya To Sleep Cafe. Each pre-game meal was prepared from the EAT LYFE specially designed menu, playing a pivotal role in their success, providing the necessary energy, strength and endurance to conquer the gridiron.
